Shipping and Return Policy
All items are shipped from our Souther California location by FedEx ground unless the customer specifies otherwise.
We attempt to ship FedEx orders received before noon, Pacific Time, the same day as the order is received. Orders received after our normal FedEx pickup, receive priority for shipment the following day
Orders shipped by USPS or UPS require an additional day to ship.
We will ship on customer’s shipping account with major carriers and will add a $3.50 fee for packaging materials and handling.
SafetyKnife.com Return Policy
Products that have been used are not returnable. Unused items with manufacturing defects, verified by SafetyKnife.com, can be returned for replacement within 10 days of shipment. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Safetyknife.com will ship replacements at it’s expense.
Returns are only accepted with an RMA number. Please call (866)-975-6936 to obtain an RMA and address to return to.
